Haverstraw Brick Museum: 410/250

The Village of Haverstraw is celebrating 410 years since its first appearance in the Dutch historical record as “Haverstroo.” During the weekend of June 20, 2026, the Haverstraw Brick Museum will mark the 250th anniversary of the United States with a new exhibition entitled, “Haverstraw & The American Revolution,” exploring the under-documented and largely untold stories of New York’s origins, America’s fight for independence, and the rise of Haverstraw’s 130-year-old brick industry. The exhibition also traces the growth of the Industrial Age and Haverstraw’s role in building the infrastructure of one of the greatest cities in the world, New York.  CLICK HERE for more information.

Starting in June, the Museum will be open to the public Fridays, 1-4PM, Saturdays and Sundays 12-5PM, and by appointment during the week.
