Due to the impending snowstorm, the Knickerbocker Ice Festival has been RESCHEDULED for January 31-February 1, 2026.  After more than ten years “on ice,” the beloved Knickerbocker Ice Festival is back! Rockland Lake State Park will host thousands of visitors for a high-impact celebration of art, history, wellness, and community, rooted in Rockland Lake’s legendary ice-harvesting industry. Be amazed as huge ice sculptures celebrating our local and national heritage are being made by some of the finest ice sculptors in the nation.  Watch as igloos are made from snow made right on site.  Warm yourself at one of our warm campfires, and enjoy a variety of food trucks and hot beverages.  Fun for the whole family!
