Celebrate Irish heritage at Rockland GAA Field Day with Gaelic games, live entertainment, food, family activities and soccer viewing parties. Whether you’re a longtime fan or discovering the sport for the first time, everyone is welcome.
From July 17–19, you can unlock exclusive food and drink deals at over 25 participating Rockland County restaurants, making it the perfect way to celebrate the global game through local flavors. Many of these spots are in Nanuet, coinciding with the match final and the Global Rhythms Summer Festival taking place there.
Experience the grand finale of Rockland’s Global Rhythms Summer Festival in downtown Nanuet as fans gather for a live outdoor viewing of the final soccer match on a giant screen at Main and Prospect beginning at 3 p.m.
Make a day of it by enjoying indoor and outdoor dining at the many restaurants and bars along Main Street, Market Street, the Town Centre, and throughout Nanuet. Kick things off with “Kegs & Eggs” beginning at 10 a.m. at Sabor Dominicano Deli, Kelly’s Pub, or The Nanuet Restaurant, then bring the family to a free soccer clinic for all ages from 12–2 p.m. on the grass field at Demarest and Orchard. The Final will also be shown on the outdoor patio at Pita Greek, creating an unforgettable day of world-class soccer, great food, live music, and community celebration.
