Weekends Are Made for Exploring Rockland
Take the Scenic Route to Rockland County
Leave the car behind and discover one of the easiest—and most scenic—ways to experience Rockland County. Travel from New York City via Metro-North to Ossining, then board the NY Waterway ferry for a beautiful ride across the Hudson River to Haverstraw, where your Rockland adventure begins.
Whether you’re planning a day of hiking, biking, shopping, dining, or simply taking in the river views, getting here is part of the experience.
