EMPIRE STATE DEVELOPMENT - REGIONAL COUNCIL CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM

Regional Council Capital Fund Program grants are available for economic development projects in New York State that are intended to create or retain jobs, prevent unemployment and increase business activity in a community/region.



NEW YORK STATE EXCELSIOR JOBS PROGRAM

The Excelsior Jobs Program encourages businesses to expand in and relocate to New York State by providing job creation and investment incentives to firms in such targeted industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, high-tech, clean-technology, green technology, financial services, agriculture and manufacturing.



MID-HUDSON MOMENTUM FUND

The Mid-Hudson Momentum Fund focuses on mixed-use housing, transit-oriented development, and infrastructure projects in the Mid-Hudson region.
