The Cropsey Farm Barn was built of native red sandstone around 1769 by the Blauvelt brothers and is one of the five remaining vegetable and fruit farms in Rockland County. Managed by he Rockland Farm Alliance, Rockland’s first community farm in 2010. Cropsey Community Farm is a USDA Certified Organic vegetable, herb, and flower farm and supplies produce for over 200 CSA members as well the Nyack Farmer's' Market and the Cropsey Farm Stand. Cropsey Farm Barn was a 2020 recipient of the Preservation League of NYS’s Excellence in Historic Preservation Award.

Dr. Davies Farm has two locations, one off Route 9W in Congers, and the other on Route 304. Seasonal apple picking at Route 304. The farmstands provide visitors with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables including sweet corn, apples and tomatoes. Fresh pressed cider also available.
