Highlands Bluegrass Festival Brings Music, Food, and Fun for All Ages

The Great Lawn at Harmony Hall – Jacob Sloat House will come alive Sunday, September 7, from 1-5 p.m., with banjos, fiddles, and foot-stomping fun for all ages at the 15th Annual Highlands Bluegrass Festival in Sloatsburg.

This year’s lineup features the G Rockwell Trio, Eugene Tyler Band, and Cole Quest & The City Pickers, blending traditional bluegrass with fresh, modern energy. Guests can enjoy food trucks, beverage tents, and artisan vendors while soaking in the natural beauty of the Ramapo River Valley.

Tickets are $15 in advance (through 11 PM on September 6), $20 at the gate, and $5 for ages 12–17. Kids under 12 are free. The festival runs rain or shine and supports The Friends of Harmony Hall in their ongoing work to restore the Jacob Sloat House — a Greek Revival–Italianate mansion listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
